These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the website, the app, and all other digital offerings of:

The offers of Matrixxer LLC are aimed at end customers worldwide.

§ 2 Description of Services

Matrixxer LLC offers digital and energetic products, including mental energy essences, online courses, audio formats, and an app. The energy transmission takes place exclusively on a spiritual, mental, and symbolic level. Any physical deliveries (e.g., vials) are purely symbolic.

The effect is based on consciousness-expanding concepts, individual codes, and frequencies that are transmitted exclusively on an energetic level.

§ 3 Booking Process

The order is placed via our online shop or the app. Before completing the order, customers receive an overview of the selected products. By clicking on “Complete booking”, you submit a binding order.

The access data or activation codes will be provided by e-mail or in the app after payment.

§ 4 Payment Terms

Payments are processed via international payment service providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Wise or direct bank transfer). Matrixxer LLC reserves the right to change or restrict payment methods at any time.

For digital products, provision takes place immediately after receipt of payment.

§ 5 Delivery Symbolic Items

Symbolic accompanying articles such as vials or crystals are not sold physical products, but voluntary additions without an independent purchase price. These are sent purely optionally and symbolically.

There is no claim to physical delivery, unless explicitly identified as a product component.

§ 6 Withdrawal Return

For individually coded energy essences, digital content, activation codes, and audio files, the right of withdrawal expires with the start of execution or use.

For non-coded products, a 14-day return period applies from the date of purchase. Already redeemed or activated content is excluded from exchange.

§ 7 Disclaimer

The products and content of Matrixxer LLC are exclusively for energetic support and the promotion of awareness. They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

No liability is assumed for promises of effectiveness, subjective perceptions, or failure to achieve desired results.

§ 8 Reviews User Contributions

Customers can submit ratings and reviews of products. There is no check for authenticity. All content reflects individual opinions. Offensive or illegal comments will be removed.

§ 9 Data Protection

The current data protection regulations apply, which can be viewed at https://matrixxer.com/datenschutz.

§ 10 Final Provisions

The law of the US state of Florida applies. The place of jurisdiction is Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be ineffective, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.

These terms and conditions are available in German and English. The German version shall prevail.

§ 3 Booking Process

Orders are placed via our online store or app. Before finalizing, customers receive a summary. By clicking “Complete Booking,” you submit a binding order.

Access codes and content will be sent via email or in-app delivery upon successful payment.

§ 4 Payment Terms

Payments are processed through international payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wise or direct wire transfer). Matrixxer LLC reserves the right to change or limit payment options at any time.

Delivery of digital content occurs after receipt of payment.

§ 5 Shipping Symbolic Items

Symbolic add-ons like bottles or crystals are not sold products but free-of-charge gifts. No legal claim for physical delivery exists unless explicitly stated in the product description.

§ 6 Withdrawal Return

The right of withdrawal is excluded for personalized energy essences, digital content, activation codes, and audio files after use or activation.

For non-personalized products, a 14-day return period applies. Already used or downloaded products cannot be refunded.

The offerings serve only as energetic support and do not substitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments.

No liability is assumed for effectiveness, individual experiences, or desired results.

The laws of Florida, USA apply. Jurisdiction is Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA. If individual clauses are invalid, the rest of the contract remains unaffected.

German version prevails in case of conflict.
