  • Push-Benachrichtigungen: Zur Zustellung von Nachrichten wird ein anonymer Gerätetoken (UID) verwendet, bereitgestellt von Apple (APNS) oder Google (FCM).

  • Kamera: Wird ausschließlich genutzt, um QR-Codes zu scannen (z. B. Aktivierungscodes). Es erfolgt keine Datenübertragung an Server.

  • Standortdaten: Falls aktiviert, dient die Standortfreigabe ausschließlich zur Kartenfunktion oder regionalen Aktivierungsoptionen. Es erfolgt keine dauerhafte Speicherung.

2. Keine Weitergabe an Dritte
Matrixxer LLC gibt keine personenbezogenen App-Daten an Dritte weiter. Es findet keine Analyse deines Nutzerverhaltens in Form von Tracking oder externem Marketing statt.

3. Rechtsgrundlage und Sicherheit
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Basis von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a, b und f DSGVO und entsprechenden US Privacy Standards. Alle Daten werden technisch geschützt und nicht dauerhaft gespeichert.
