1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content and Individualized Products

According to § 356 Para. 5 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal if:

• in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content not stored on a physical data carrier (e.g., online courses, downloads, app content),

• or in the production of goods that are individually manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g., mentally encoded energy essences),

the consumer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract will begin before the end of the withdrawal period
and has confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal through this consent.

This applies in particular to:

• the purchase of individually mentally encoded energy essences;

• the download of digital products (e.g., audio files, e-books, video courses);

• access to app content and protected online platforms.

When completing the order, the customer expressly agrees to the commencement of the execution before the end of the withdrawal period
and the associated loss of their right of withdrawal by activating the corresponding checkbox in the order process.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products (Gift Bottles)

For purely symbolic gift items (e.g., resonance bottles), there is no independent right of withdrawal,
as these are not part of the contract but voluntary additions.

If, in exceptional cases, a physical product is offered as an independent object of purchase,
the following applies:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason,
provided that it concerns exclusively physical, non-individualized products.

Widerrufsfrist:

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Widerrufsfolgen:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you,
including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs
resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),
immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day
on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise with you;
in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (online courses, MP3s, video courses, app access),

• Contracts for the delivery of products individually manufactured according to customer specifications (mental codings of energy essences).
