Sie können innerhalb von 4 Wochen Gebrauch von Ihrem Widerrufsrecht machen.

Bei rein downloadbaren Produkten, wie Videokurse, E-Books, MP3-Dateien, Sounddateien usw. ist ein bedingtes Widerrufsrecht vorhanden.

For this reason, you automatically waive your right of withdrawal as soon as you order a downloadable product from Matrixxer LLC or if you have booked a video course or ordered an e-book or downloaded a music file.

Wir können anhand der Protokolle prüfen, ob eine Datei heruntergeladen oder ein Videokurs genutzt wurde oder nicht. Eine Rückerstattung ist nur möglich, wenn die jeweilige Datei nicht heruntergeladen oder der Videokurs nicht angeschaut wurde. Wir können dies anhand unserer Protokolle nachprüfen.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Matrixxer LLC, 2880W Oakland Park Blvd., Oakland Park, Suite 225C, 33311 Florida, USA) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (besser und schneller über per E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist, oder eine einfache Email verfassen. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden. Bei herunterladbaren Produkten kann unser System prüfen, ob Sie die Datei(en) heruntergeladen haben oder nicht. Sollten Sie einen Download oder eine Durchsicht getätigt haben, verfällt das Widerrufsrecht.

Please remember that already viewed, used or downloaded videos, MP3 files or e-books can not be refunded in the form of payment, as they are then considered used! These items exist in purely digital form and are used and viewable immediately after download. For this reason, downloadable items are excluded from exchange! This has been agreed by law. When buying a product, you will be once again directly pointed out.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
